The Ramadan Program
This is a 30-Day Guided Nutrition Program for the Month of Ramadan.
This program includes everything you need to reset both your mind & body. Ramadan can be a tricky time to navigate, especially if you are not cooking your own food which is quite common, so this program is suitable even if you are unable to cook and are eating out!
This program is created to help keep you on track while offering delicious, nourishing, well balanced meals, suitable for Iftar & Suhoor. There is a sample meal plan to give you an idea on how to structure your meals throughout the month. All recipes include basic ingredients like fruit, vegetables, grains, beans and protein that focus on keeping your gut balanced.
There will be plenty of information on how to keep sugar cravings at bay, how to stay hydrated, how to avoid constipation and bloating and tips and tricks to stay on track throughout the month of Ramadan.
There is a WhatsApp Group where we will share our experiences, motivate each other, ask any questions and Layla will be available on the group to guide you whenever needed.

2 days before the start of Ramadan, you will receive access to the Ramadan Program Guide and Recipes along with a link to the WhatsApp group directly to your email giving you a chance to go through all of the information and do your grocery shopping to get started.
