This is a 30-Day Guided Nutrition Program for the Month of Ramadan 2019.

This program is tailored for those of you who fast throughout the month. It has been designed to keep you on track, give you helpful tips on how to break your fast, how to stay hydrated, avoid the fried food table, avoid headaches and so much more. 

You do not have to be fasting to take part however the meal plan is designed to cater two meals a day. If you do not fast, we recommend checking out our Summer Program.

Please be aware that this will only be available on my website until the first day of Ramadan (May 5th or May 6th)

What is included in this program?

This program includes everything you need to reset both your mind & body. It is fully plant-based, however Layla will be consulting with each person individually to decide if other food will be added. 

You will receive a Digital PDF Guide explaining everything clearly on a weekly basis including a sample meal plan, grocery list, recipes, nutrition information, exercise schedules, meditation schedules and more. What you will need to shop for are basic ingredients like fruit, vegetables, rice and beans etc. 

You will be given lifetime access to "Living Room Yoga Sessions" by Amina Taha. A series of six 1hr yoga classes designed to teach you the correct alignment of yoga poses and of course, break a sweat. There is an option above without the videos as we are aware a lot of you do not want to workout during this month!

You will be added to the Facebook Group for the members only where we will share our experiences, motivate each other, ask any questions and Layla will be available on the group to guide you at all times, as your own personal nutritionist.  For those of you who do not use Facebook that is not a problem, we will find an alternative way to communicate throughout the month.

One week before the start of the detox, you will receive the Digital Guide directly to your email giving you a chance to go through all of the information and do your grocery shopping to get started. 


If you've selected the option including Yoga Videos, once you've signed up, you will receive an email directly from Amina explaining how to access the videos with individual log in information, so please keep an eye out for this in your inbox/spam folder.
