It will be for a closed group of a limited number of people on a first come first serve basis. You can join in from anywhere in the world!
Once you sign up and purchase the program, you will secure your place in The Winter Reset.
Sign ups for this program open on January 28th and will close on February 3rd. The start date is February 5th.
Once you sign up you get to pick your start date, however I do recommend starting on the official start date with everyone else so you enjoy the experience as a group.
This program includes everything you need to reset both your mind & body. You will not need any "fancy" ingredients, you will be able to find all ingredients in your local supermarkets. Should you struggle to find something, let me know via email and I will find a substitute. My email address is email@example.com
Each week you will receive:
Grocery lists, meal plans, exercise plans with video links, meditation plans and all the recipes you will need.
Once you sign up, you will secure your spot on the program. 2 days before our start date I will be sending out an email with the main PDF which contains all the information you'll need, the recipes, and each meal plan will be sent to you on a weekly basis along with the meditation and exercise plan as well. The grocery lists will also be included on a weekly basis.
*If you already have your own exercise schedule, feel free to follow that. I am providing one for those who haven't yet established a routine. I have included short 20 minute yoga, pilates and barre videos for you to follow daily.
You will be added to the Whatsapp Group for the program members only where we will share our experiences, motivate each other, ask any questions and also I will be available on the group to guide you whenever you need. For those of you who do not wish to join this group that is totally fine, you can leave the group.
You will receive an E-receipt to your email confirming that you are now officially signed up for the program. The PDF's, recipes and weekly meal plans will all be sent over a couple of days before the start date.
The Main Guide will be sent directly to you in a separate email for you to download the PDF. Before asking any questions, please read through the guide thoroughly as a lot of your questions will most likely be answered.
At the beginning of each week I will be sending you a weekly plan which includes your meal plan, exercise plan and meditation plan for that week. All recipes you will need for the week will also be included in that PDF.
Please send me your WhatsApp phone number via email once you sign up so that I can add you to the WhatsApp group before the start of the program.
