Can I join the program if I'm not based in Dubai?
Yes, this is a program for people worldwide! You can join from anywhere in the world. All communication is done via email or the WhatsApp group.
Can I reach out to Layla to ask questions?
For the group programs you can reach out to Layla via email at any time on the program or via the WhatsApp group. Private WhatsApp messages won't be responded to. For personalized meal plans and to directly WhatsApp Layla, this would require you to sign up for the 1-1 Nutrition Program (maybe we can link it)
What if I can't start the program on the given start date?
You can still sign up for the group programs even if you are unable to start on the exact start date. Once you sign up, you will be sent the content and be added to the WhatsApp group and you can start when you are ready, please note the WhatsApp group will only be available for the program dates.
What if I'm a picky eater or don't eat certain foods, can I still do the program?
Yes, you definitely can still partake in the program even if you don't eat certain foods (if you are vegetarian, or do not eat all kinds of protein etc.). Once you sign up, please send an email to info@laylaalnaif.com explaining your dietary restrictions and Layla will send instructions on how to manage that.
Does the program require "special ingredients" as the city I live in may not have certain things?
There are a few products that you need for the program such as gluten free pasta and plant-based milks and such, however there is ALWAYS a way to get around these specialty ingredients and they are not essential if you cannot find them. Once you sign up and go through the grocery list, whatever you cannot find you can share with Layla on the WhatsApp group and she will find a replacement.
